You Know Your 9 Months Pregnant When.....

- Feel 300 lbs heavier than you are, compliments of your swollen feet. 


- Drop something on the kitchen floor and stare at it thinking, Do I really need that?


- Have to find the bathroom in a store before you start shopping. 



- Call your husband and he picks up on the first ring. 


- You no longer care about having hairy legs.


- You cant paint your own toenails anymore


- The only shoes you wear are ones that slide on.


- Walking to the bathroom makes you loose your breath


- When you cry, laugh, cry, laugh and the only one that 
understands is you


- When your waddle is your new runway walk!


- You constantly have a smile on your face because we get to meet our little princess at any moment! 

SPRING

I can't wait for Spring to get here for so many reasons:

We get to meet our little princess 

My best friend gets married 

We get to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary 

Celebrate Easter and be thankful for what our Savior did for each one of us

And get ready for summer with flip flops and the hot sun 

And I love to decorate our house

36 Weeks = 9 months

So on Monday Davey and I went to my weekly doctors appointment. ( They are not so much fun when  they check you to see if you have dilated)  Lets just say I was laughing the whole time because my poor husband can't handle somethings very well. Little does he know, labor will be worst. But in the end he did amazing!
Update: I am dilated to a 1 and 50% efface at 36 weeks. So thats a good start. But the princess can't come until after March 17 because my BEST FRIEND is getting married and I wouldn't miss it for the world.

 How far along? 36 Weeks
Total weight gain: up 29 lbs.
Maternity clothes? yep - literally leggings & maternity shirts from here on out!
Sleep:  I am lucky if I get 3 hours of straight sleep with out getting up to go potty.
Best moment this week:  The doctor visit and hearing her heartbeat and knowing I am dilated :)
Miss Anything? I miss a lot of things..but this experience has been pretty amazing & I'm a little sad that it's almost over.
Movement: still lots of movement.. hoping to feel her momentous partial somersault any day now......
Food cravings: I am literally to the point where I want fruit for every single meal.
Anything making you queasy or sick: still meat - sure hope this goes away! 
Labor Signs:  Some pressure but I don't think its anything
Symptoms: overall feeling pretty great, other than lots of pressure in my belly as it continues to grow & some pain in my hips & ribs.
Belly Button in or out? In
Happy or Moody most of the time: Had a roller coaster of emotions this week... but so very happy.
Looking forward to: baby's arrival of course!  And I am very lucky to have another baby shower on Saturday :)

34 Weeks and I keep on growing!

How far along? 34 Weeks

Total weight gain: 28 lbs. gained
Maternity clothes? maternity & comfy clothes... so ready for spring dresses!
Sleep: sleeping better then last couple of weeks
Best moment this week:  Spending time with my amazing husband
Miss Anything? sitting comfy on the couch.. I can hardly make it through a 2 hour movie these days
Movement:  SHE IS A WILD LITTLE GIRL! WE ARE IN TROUBLE 
Food cravings: I love waffles with applesauce and powder sugar I can eat them all day long
Anything making you queasy or sick: Different types of smells 
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: the heartburn seems to have subsided (no more fire breathing dragon!) 

however, I am currently rocking the pregnancy waddle due to hip/lower back pain every now and then.
Belly Button in or out? In
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: baby's arrival! Seems so surreal at this point, 

I can not wait to see her precious face & hold her for the first time.

How far along? 32 Weeks

Total weight gain: 25 lbs
Maternity clothes? Oh Yes!
Stretch marks?  YES and I don't want to talk about it :(
Sleep:   Oh how I miss sleeping, I wake up every 2 hours to move or go potty
Best moment this week:  I got to hear her heartbeat and its healthy and strong

Movement: still lots of movement & baby hiccups.. I know I will miss this feeling so much.
Food cravings: Waffles and applesauce and dry rice
Anything making you queasy or sick: not really..but meat doesn't sound at all enticing.
Gender: Girl
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Heartburn, mild rib & hip pain and lower back pain
Belly Button in or out? In
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY!
Looking forward to: My Baby Shower that my friends are throwing and a weekend in Vegas with the girls!

Hello Third Trimester! 83 more days to go

 How far along? 28 Weeks

Total weight gain: 18 lbs
Maternity clothes? lots of maternity shirts & leggings, still uncomfortably wearing my regular jeans with a hair tie around the buttons & trying to squeeze into my old yoga pants/tshirts 
Stretch marks? none yet
Sleep: sleep is still good although I wake up often to roll over because of sore hips and I have to go potty every 2 hours
Best moment this week:  We get to see our baby girl in a 3-D ultrasound
Miss Anything? everything - I am officially at the "uncomfortable" stage, out of breath often & I am really missing being able to put on socks/boots without huffing & puffing
Movement: She LOVES to kick and whenever there is music she goes crazy
Food cravings: still craving sweets... and fruits
Anything making you queasy or sick: not much
Gender: Girl
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Heartburn, out of breath every now & then,
Belly Button in or out? top is starting to pop out! but it's still in limbo
Wedding rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY!
Looking forward to: Getting everything ready for her to come and of course holding my baby girl!
